As a result of the submissions some changes have been made to the proposed planning scheme and maps. The proposed planning scheme incorporating changes as a result of submissions is available on this page. The planning scheme document also contains changes resulting from changes to the Queensland Planning Provisions.
What now?
Council has sent the planning scheme incorporating changes as a result of submissions to the Department of Local Government and Planning with a request to approve the planning scheme as proposed.
Until the time that the proposed planning scheme is approved and adopted the existing planning scheme for the former Stanthorpe and Warwick Shires will apply to development applications.
